Counseling Fee
60 minute session fee: $140.00-$185.00
Assessment Fee: $215.00
Payment and co-payment is made at the time of each session.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact me as soon as conveniently possible to cancel your scheduled appointment. My cancellation policy asks for 24 hour notice if canceling the appointment is for something other than an emergency or illness.
Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a flat fee of $100.00. Any missed appointment is assessed a flat fee of $100.00.
